We take the security of your data seriously so will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information held is accurate and up-to-date and is used only for the purposes stated in this policy. We at Pantry Magic will ensure that security safeguards are in place to protect your information and will ensure that information is not disclosed to any unauthorized person or organisation. We do not share your details with third party companies, with the exception of our preferred courier company, who will have access to specific personal information required to make deliveries. They are specifically instructed not use your details for any other purposes.

Description of Products

Each Pantry Magic product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are accurate and correct. Even though we strive to keep the website as up to date as possible, there may be occasions where the information, including product descriptions, may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Stock Quality, Pricing and Supply

Our stock is sourced both locally through reputable suppliers, and internationally via our head office in Hong Kong who sources are spread across Europe, America and Asia. We pride ourselves on offering quality products at affordable prices and are constantly reviewing and updating our product lines. We work hard to maintain ample stock of all items in support of both our shop and website customers, however sometimes demand will exceed what we have available. In such cases, we will advise you of an estimated timeframe for delivery of that specific item should we not be able to source an alternative locally.

Our pricing is one of our strengths and we strive to keep our prices competitive without compromising on quality. As with all businesses that need to import products, there are market conditions that are outside of our control which may affect both the supply of these products and their cost.

Prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5%). All the prices on this website are consistent with prices offered in our Pantry Magic store. All prices are considered correct at the time they are published on our website, however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason. If the price of an item you have ordered has changed, we will notify you of that change before delivery.

Delivery Policy

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however overseas orders may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Delivery to some isolated regions may require additional delivery time and may incur an additional charge. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this.

The anticipated delivery time will be normally be within 4-5 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay. All our deliveries are by courier so we will need a physical address from you as opposed to a Post Office Box.

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. Delivery charges are based on size and weight and your geographic location. We will advise you by email when you place your order if a higher delivery charge is unfortunately required. We will not send the goods without first obtaining your approval of the higher rate.

Refund Policy

As a customer of Pantry Magic you are important to our business, so if you are unhappy with an order you have made, please contact us at info@pantrymagic.co.nz. We will credit your account if you return the order (or part thereof), without delay.

Should you have any problems with the delivery of the goods, please notify us within 48 hours of such a delivery, either by email or phone. We will replace the order (or part thereof) or credit you for any breakages that have occurred in transit. Any replacements will of course be subject to stock availability.

Please ensure all items are returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original unused condition, with the original packaging and your details. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Email Policy

We only email you if you want us to and are not in the business of sending unsolicited emails. When you register your email address with us you go on a list to receive email announcements about products and events, and any promotions we are running here at Pantry Magic. We do not disclose your email address to third parties.

If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails simply notify us by email and we will remove your email address from our mailing list.
